Muslims around the world will be observing Ramadan during August by fasting and focusing on their spiritual lives. This is also a good time for Christians to focus our prayers on the Muslim world.

Today I'd like to remind you of The Voice of the Martyrs a Blanket and a Bible Outreach. This is very cool, especially if you just love the Word of God and have a heart for those who are impoverished. Right now we have a special outreach to the Sudan. And it's as simple as one, two, three to help.

Africa (MNN) ? While almost 13 million people are on the brink of starvation in the Horn of Africa, relief agencies are frustrated that they may be unable to help those most desperate. It's not because they don't have the food. It's because terrorist groups linked to al-Qaeda are preventing the aid from getting there.
