Iran (MNN) -- Iran's Supreme Leader is taking off the mask. Todd Nettleton with Voice of the Martyrs USA says, "This is another step in what is becoming a very open animosity between the Iranian government and the house church movement in Iran."

Last week we told you continually about the death sentence by hanging that Asia Bibi has been given by the Pakistani government for allegedly blaspheming Muhammed.

We have mentioned numerous times on this blog how The Voice of the Martyrs t-shirts are a powerful witnessing tool to not only other Christians, but also to people who have yet to meet Jesus Christ.

This week my heart has been grieved as I have read the numerous reports about Asia Bibi who has been sentenced to death, by hanging, for blasphemy in Pakistan.

This is just a reminder that this Sunday, November 14th is the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church.

The Voice of the Martyrs has been very concerned about the rising persecution in Iraq, as well as our friends in other ministries that cover Christian persecution.
