Last week we asked you to take the time to write Yang Xuan and I am very happy to tell you that 21 more letters were written to Yang!!! Praise the Lord for your faithfulness to act!! A big thank you to all of you who did write! Thank you, thank you, thank YOU! The week before we had 115 letters written and this past week 21 letters were written in support of our brother, and even though that number is down from the week before, we are still thankful that more letters were written to our brother in China. The Lord will bless you, as you have blessed him.

On a cold English morning in 1428, men traipsed irreverently through the graveyard. One of them, finely dressed in religious robes, said, “Here it is. Dig it up. Let’s get this over with.”

The following story is heartbreaking and I would ask on this young girl's behalf, for your prayers for her. Not only was she kidnapped, raped, and tortured but this happened because she is a Christian. On August 1st we began the month of Ramadan and at that time we encouraged you to keep Muslims in your prayers during this month and to specifically seek the Lord about revealing Himself to Muslims so that they can see that Jesus is not just a mere prophet, but He is the Lord.
