How often do you share your faith in Christ? This is a question that I think about often, especially being in Christian ministry. Well, today I read this fascinating story over at the Kids of Courage website and it really convicted me, so I figured, why should I be alone in my conviction, so I'm sharing it with YOU!

Recently I have had the opportunity to work with children at my church and something that has always personally amazed me is how much children care about other people who are hurting, if you actually share with them what others are going through.

I don't know about you all, but I absolutely LOVE it when children stand for Jesus! The Voice of the Martyrs Kids of Courage ministry is one of my favorite because anytime I want I can visit www.kidsofcourage.com and read about brave and passionate children who love Jesus. Isn't that cool :)

This past weekend I had the privilege of volunteering for the Kids of Courage (KOC) conference which ran concurrent with The Voice of the Martyrs conference on the Oklahoma Wesleyan University Campus here in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. It was such a great experience because I got to see the children’s excitement when they were being taught lessons about persecution and stories of courageous children from around the world.

About an hour ago the United States House of Representatives passed the Hate Crimes bill H.R. 1592. The good news is that according to a news release from Concerned Women for America, the President has promised to veto this legislation after it is passed in the Senate.
