Have you ever thought about doing hard time for God? I was thinking about that today as I read through the news on persecution. Then I thought about the followers of Christ we read about in the Scripture. Paul, Peter, James, John, Stephen, and all the others who were imprisoned and jailed for simply testifying that they believe that Jesus is God and that He died for our sins, was buried and then rose to life on the third day!

I want to let you all know that our challenge to write letters through the VOM Prisoner Alert is going strong. Let's keep writing and hit that 1000 letter mark!

What would you do if you became a Christian in Malaysia and you were required to say you were a Muslim?

Today I came across this very interesting article that I wanted to share with you because it raised a few things in my mind. The article is titled New Convert Wants to Stay and it's about a Muslim who became a Christian who does not want to go back to Cairo because if he does he will be persecuted for being a Christian.

I'm in the mood to challenge you all AGAIN! Call me competitive, but I think there is something healthy with getting God's people motivated to action. After all the Scripture is replete with references to running, and walking and pressing on right!

Yesterday a dear friend emailed me and shared this very important information with me. After reading this material, I had to pass it on to you so that you can see that not all of those who are followers of Islam are "peace-loving". Read this and weep and then pray.
