You may be wondering from the title who are the Degar people...so I'm here to introduce you to them. According to the Montagnard Foundation, Inc. website the Degar people are people who are in danger of being snuffed out because of religious persecution and repression. They are our Christian brothers and sisters in Vietnam.

In VOM Canada's weekly Persecution & Prayer Alert we are told that there was an Indonesian Church Seriously Damaged by Fire on December 8th. The good news is that there were no human injuries, the bad news is there was extensive damage to the church building.

Sad news today coming from BosNewsLife's team of reporters. Apparently there are three Christians who have been wrongly convicted of violence who are now facing the potential of execution by firing squad in the country of Indonesia.
