On December 14, 2010, Vietnamese government officials assaulted and detained Pastor Quang, a church leader and administrator of a Mennonite Bible college. Authorities forced him and the students of his Mennonite school to leave the premises. They shocked Pastor Quang with cattle prods and took him to the local police station. Using a hidden camera, Pastor Quang recorded video of his arrest.
