I wanted to take a few minutes today before I begin posting about Christian persecution and sharing some new prayer requests with you all, to thank you for making this VOM Persecution blog a success. Without you reading this, this blog would be nothing. And since I've been watching the statistics for this blog steadily increase, I wanted to share with you all just a few things from the stats that you may not know.
We began this blog in 2005 and we had no idea how it would be received. Well, it's been received great.
In 2005 we had 1744 page loads in the second quarter and 999 unique visitors.
By the third quarter of 2005 we had 14, 530 page loads and 8608 unique visitors.
In the fourth quarter of 2005 we ended the year with 20,426 page loads and 12,109 unique visitors.
Then last year in 2006 we saw the following stats:
First quarter - 23855 page loads and 15476 unique visitors.
Second quarter - 28486 page loads and 19,401 unique visitors which is a huge increase!
Third quarter - 25,796 page loads and 18,563 unique visitors...a little less.
Fourth quarter - 32,258 page loads and 23,359 unique visitors...another increase!
This year we are running close to 2006 fourth quarter numbers and if we continue we will have another year of increased visitation to this blog. Thank you so much!
We also have people visit this blog who are literally from all over the world. The overwhelming majority are from the United States with the United Kingdom and Canada being the next highest.
We have people visiting from India, Australia, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, Egypt, Singapore, Indonesia, Turkey, Jordan and even Korea. It is amazing!
