NATIONAL CONFERENCE: PERSECUTION IN ISRAEL

Morning session

Pastor Steve from Israel speaking about persecution in Israel and how his church was bombed 14 times.

He spoke about how persecution comes and how it is right at the door here in America.

First - diplomacy.   Second, then threats and then third time they act and put a knife to your throat and afflict you.

He is using the book of Daniel as his text.

He says the greater attack from Satan, the greater affect of his persecution.  The greater the persecution, the greater the miracle will be.  The more Satan throws at us, the more he thinks he’s drawing us away from God, the more glory God receives because we hit our knees.

It’s hard to fall when you’re on your knees.

Now the speaker is talking about a little girl who was coming to church and she said every time she enters this building she starts weeping.  She wanted Jesus and accepted Him and went from a sad and depressed girl, to a joyful happy girl.

In the year 2000 she brought more kids to VBS and 97 kids came to Jesus!  The simple message is that Jesus loves us and died on the cross for us.

He is now sharing about how this girl (Leena) were shot to death for their faith a few years laster.  Both her and her sister.

Final message: Do not be a diplomatic Christian.  Be a strong one.
