Every week we like to highlight a prisoner that you can encourage by writing a letter to them using our Prisoner Alert system.
Today I want to thank all of you who have taken the time to write Pastor Youcef since the last time we encouraged you to write. We've had 110 more letters written to him recently and with the recent arrest of Pastor Youcef's attorney, I'd like to see us step up and write even more letters so that we can let Iran know that we are still watching how they are treating Christians.
As of today, Pastor Youcef has spent 941 days in an Iranian prison, with a death sentence hanging over his head, for the "crime of blasphemy".
Please pray today for Pastor Youcef's release from prison, as well as all prisoners who have been taken captive because they are followers of Jesus.
