I was just trying to find out the latest about President Samuel Thomas who was recently arrested in India for taking care of orphans. The bad news, the Hopegivers website is down, the good news is that according to the Religion News Summary from Crosswalk President Thomas is reporting, "... that he had not been mistreated but that he was worried about EMI’s orphanage and the hospital."

This is an answer to prayer! Today 3 young men were arrested for burning all of those churches in Alabama recently. This is from Reuters...

Remember last week I told you that I am very excited about all the new things we'll be doing on the blog... Well, today I'm so happy to let you hear a Voice of the Martyrs testimony from a guy named Steve.

Richard Wurmbrand, a Romanian pastor who suffered in prison for fourteen years, once told a story that he had heard from a fellow prisoner. It had helped him through his most difficult times of torture. The brother told him:

Today I heard some really great sound that was captured at the National Religious Broadcasters convention a few weeks ago. The audio was of a panel that radio talkshow host Janet Parshall moderated concerning religious freedom under attack around the world.

I still find it amazing that most of the media is not continuing relentless coverage of these fires in Alabama. That said, I'm thankful that there are at least a few places continuing coverage. Here's the latest...
