Stacyharp Today I was thinking about how hard the issue of persecution is to deal with on a continual basis and it occurred to me that we need to keep those who are involved in this battle daily in prayer.

This is a hard ministry because you can't be complacent in it because people are dying - literally DYING everyday because they follow Christ.  And sometimes I have to confess that I get very angry with sleepy Saints who do not want to get out of their comfort-zone.

I get annoyed because many churches just yawn and stay asleep about this issue while people are dying for their faith.  It really really bothers me.

So....I have a question...WHY?  How come people who are Christians do not follow or really seem to care about those who also follow Jesus and are being persecuted?

What has to be done in order to shake Christians out of complacency?

Someone please tell me?  How come people do not like to look at the suffering of others and then help them out?

Or is this just another issue that won't impact you unless it is you?
