Warren Confirms Trip to North Korea

Pastor Rick Warren has now officially confirmed that he will go to North Korea to preach the gospel.  The Christian Post and a Yahoo news page are saying that Warren will be in North Korea on July 17th, "to meet with church and business leaders, despite the current standoff over recent missile firings by the isolated communist country."

However, apparently there was an error in previous reporting.  The Yahoo article says this, "Contrary to recent media reports, Dr. Warren's visit to North Korea later this month is to meet with leadership in preparation for his return to preach in March 2007, in conjunction with the 100th Anniversary of the Pyongyang Revival in what is now the capital city."

It is in next years visit to North Korea that Rick Warren plans on preaching to the stadium of 15,000 and I would also add, to "use" North Korea.
