powerful stories of the persecuted church,” says Todd Nettleton,
spokesman for The Voice of the Martyrs. “One of the best ways we use it
is to post prayer requests and instantly create an army of prayer
warriors on behalf of our persecuted brothers and sisters.”
Twitter allows VOM to update readers on events and situations around the world as they develop. Part of the ministry’s mission is to inform the free world about Christian persecution, and Twitter is a valuable tool to help accomplish this.
