VOM Canada's Glenn Penner on Unsung Heroes
A few days ago I had the blessing of speaking to Glenn Penner from VOM Canada. Aside from being a great writer, Glenn has a lot on his plate including updating the VOM Canada's website where he has a blog he updates occasionally. A few days ago he wrote a brief piece called Unsung Heroes.
Here's part of it...
This afternoon, I would like to share a few words about some unsung heroes here at The Voice of the Martyrs. The members of my Communications Team work long, hard hours. Many times, their service for the Persecuted Church takes them away from home for days (even weeks on rare occasions) at a time. Even when we are home, our minds often wander back to our responsibilities. It is not uncommon for me to log on to my Skype account at night or on weekends and find one or two of them online. Speaking of weekends, these too are often spoken for, as we visit churches across Canada, sharing from God's Word and witnessing to the faithfulness of God to His people in restricted nations around the world.
Glenn also has a blog I want to encourage you to link and visit. Check it out here.
