Reflections on the National Religious Broadcasters Convention

Hi Everyone!

I'm back from the National Religious Broadcasters Convention that I attended last weekend and most of this week.  It was my first NRB convention and I had a lot of fun, and learned a lot.  However, before I tell you about that, I wanted to publicly thank my good friend Hal Paxton for filling in for me while I was away.  He did a great job!  Be sure to bookmark Hal's blog and visit often, as he writes great material and has a heart for the lost and persecuted.

I had the opportunity to meet hundreds of people this week, and all while I was wearing proudly the name of The Voice of the Martyrs on my member badge.  I heard over and over from people either that they received the Voice of the Martyr's monthly newsletter (which you can too by clicking up there to your right) or that they have been impacted by praying for and even serving the persecuted church themselves.

I had the opportunity to meet briefly with Janet Parshall, a great friend of The Voice of the Martyrs and I have to tell you that even Jesus showed up at the NRB event. See picture ;)
