Prisoner Alert: Imran Ghafur

Last week we asked you to take the time to write Tohar Haydarov  and I am very happy to tell you that 8 more letters were written to Tohar. A big thank you to all of you who did write!  Thank you, thank you, thank YOU!  Even though it was only EIGHT letters, those eight letters can and do make a difference.

This week let's all write our brother Imran Ghafur.  Imran has been imprisoned for 755 days.  Imran is currently serving a life sentence in prison, although his sentence is awaiting an appeal.

He is accused of burning pages of the Quran.  This past May it was reported that Imran would like to thank everyone who is praying for him while in jail.  Thankfully, he is able to study God's word while in prison and he said, "I am happy the Lord wants to use me for His kingdom."
