Prisoner Alert: Dr. Kiflu Gebremeskel

Last week we asked you to take the time to write Imran Ghafur and I am very happy to tell you that 41 more letters were written to Imran.  Praise the Lord for your faithfulness to act!!  A big thank you to all of you who did write!  Thank you, thank you, thank YOU!  The week before we only had eight letters written and this past week 41 letters were written!  Thank you for getting your friends, family and church writing.  

This week let's all write our brother Dr. Kiflu Gebremeskel.  As of today Dr. Gebremeskel has been imprisoned for 2628 days.  He was arrested in 2004  and it is believed that he was arrested, simply because of his religious beliefs.  

He is in Eritrea where according to Compass Direct sources, there are approximately 1900 people imprisoned for their faith, and 95% of them are Christians.

Please take some time to pray for the prisoners in Eritrea, as they are subjected to torture, and the temptation to recant their faith.  After you pray, please write a letter to Dr. Gebremeskel.  Thank you in advance.
