As we all know Pakistan has been hit with the greatest flood
they have ever seen in recent days. As a result, millions of people are in dire
need, and it seems that some aid isn’t coming in fast enough to help.
The good news however, is that according to Mission Network
News, even though Christians have been persecuted in Pakistan, now Christians
in Pakistan are on the frontlines bringing aid to the survivors of these
devastating floods.
Ray Cooper of Operation Mobilization said, "They've actually
gone out in the name of Christ, saying 'We are Pakistani Christians, and we're
bringing this relief. Do you want to take it from us as Christians?' And the
Muslims and Hindus have just been so thankful and been surprised that Pakistani
Christians have come out to help their fellow countrymen."
Please join The Voice of the Martyrs and others in praying daily for
those who are suffering right now in Pakistan, and pray for the Christians who
are suffering and ministering in Jesus’ name there too.
May this flood bring a harvest of souls for Christ.
