Next, Brother Andrew

Right now Brother Steven is introducing Brother Andrew who is now sharing about being persecuted.

Brother Andrew was born in Bangledesh where it is 87% Muslim. "Several attempts have been made on my life. Death threats are a constant part of my work."

On a personal note, Brother Andrew is thanking God for his wife. And the audience applauds.

When Muslims convert Christianity, imams will shut off the converts' water supply. Brother Andrew's ministry assists by supplying water wells to these new Christians. In turn the new believers share water with their neighbors, and they introduce the Muslims to the "Living Water", we know as Jesus Christ. And he gives thanks to God and us for all of our prayers.

There are many outreaches to children, including a children's home, where the children can come beginning at 6 AM for devotions, learn about fasting and prayer, and about how to live for Christ. There is also a Christian high school, reachable only by boat in the wet months. There is a also a children's conference. Many of the children grow and become elders.

Now a video highlighting examples of persecution in Bangladesh from local Muslim and Hindus. One example is a young man who was once so severely beaten that he had brain swelling that took many months to heal. After recovery, he returned to his village to continue sharing Christ. Many were impressed by his dedication to Jesus, and soon 40 former Muslims from his village were baptized into Christ.
