National Conference: Kids of Courage

Simultaneous with the National Mission Conference for adults, the Kids of Courage conference is also going this weekend at OWU. Children ages 5-12 are being impacted by the courage of persecuted Christians, including meeting face to face with brothers and sisters from around the world who have faced persecution and maintained their faith.

In order to illustrate the suffering of our brothers and sisters, the Kids of Courage conference attendees must walk by a jail cell the same size as one where Richard Wurmbrand spent part of his 14 years in prison. Another illustration is a shipping container outside; it is in shipping containers like this one that Eritrean Christians are held by their government.

We have prayed that God will use the Kids of Courage conference to grab the hearts of these young people, and that many from this group will be called into His service.
