A few days ago we shared with you about the prayer controversy at Exeter High School and today sadly, we have another report on the new developments at the high school. Due to pressure from Americans United for Separation of Church and State, the Freedom from Religion Foundation and the Anti-Defamation League the school board has caved to their pressure and are not even allowing the students to vote on whether or not they want a prayer. Instead the school is going to allow a "moment of silence". Read more here.
This sadly is not surprising, especially in light of another high school prayer controversy when professed Christian Eric Workman sued his high school so that he didn't have to pray at his high school graduation, even though the majority of students voted to pray.
