Coptic Blogger in Egypt Released from Prison

I am very happy to let you all know today that Compass Direct is reporting that Hani Nazeer, a Coptic Christian blogger, has been released from jail, after spending two years incarcerated for being accused falsely of "insulting Islam". 

According to Compass Direct, Nazeer was held for almost two years under the country's Emergency Law, and was recently released due to recent reforms of that law.

While in prison, Nazeer suffered beatings, depravation and also was pressured by violent Muslims to convert to Islam.  Thankfully, Nazeer kept his faith.
