Christian Persecution Carnival

Happy Friday to all of you!  I'm very happy that you've stopped by to read the blog today.  As usual, we have our carnival this week and I'd like to thank everyone who is participating this week, since I didn't send out a reminder...you guys are totally on top of things!

Today I'd like to begin with a post written by Jan at Counted Worthy, Jan has once again written a compelling post titled Christians Kidnapped in Egypt about the Egyptian girl who was kidnapped recently.  She writes, "Link to translated article from El Tareek, Egypt's only Christian newspaper, gives the details behind Egypt's kidnappings. Our second offering is from from Mick who writes at Romans 15:4 Project, and he writes a post called Islamic Nation of France? .  Mick asks the question, "How can we make peace when we are afraid to acknowledge the war crimes for fear of offending our enemy? There is ample evidence of the violence, terror, and persecution, so why the effort to deny it? " 

Our next entry is from Shane who is writing a post called News is Making Me Angry on his blog The High Places.  Shane writes about the recent murders of the Amish little girls.  If you haven't read Shane's blog yet, you'll really enjoy it.  Check it out today.
