Beheaded Indonesian Girls Murderer on Trial
CBN News also covered the militant Muslims who is now on trial for the beheadings of the three Indonesian girls he mercilessly murdered last year.
"The religiously motivated murders took place last year on Indonesia's Sulawesi Island. Two other men will also stand trial for the killings.
The lawyer for all three said they've admitted involvement and revealed that the killers left a note at the scene of the murders saying, "We need 100 more like this." He says they wanted revenge for the religious violence between Muslims and Christians on Sulawesi from 1998 to 2002. The men could be sentenced to death if found guilty.
Despite a peace agreement four years ago, some radical Muslims have still been attacking Christian men, woman and children."
