Luke 4:18-19 "The Spirit of the Lord is on Me; because of this He has anointed Me to proclaim the Gospel to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim deliverance to the captives, and new sight to the blind, to set at liberty those having been crushed, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord."
We know from the living word of God that Jesus fulfilled the words from Luke 4:18-19 and not only do we rejoice that Christ came to save the entire world from our sin, but we rejoice that His love and forgiveness is still available to anyone who asks.
This year has been an amazing year of persecution for the follower of Christ, especially in restricted and communist nations. This year has also been an amazing year of deliverance and seeing the Lord answer millions of prayers on behalf of the persecuted church.
