China: Shi Weihan Released!

We are very happy to let you know that one of the the prisoners that we have highlighted on Prisoner Alert for a few years, is now free!
Shi Weihan was released last month on February 9th and according to China Aid, is now with his wife and children.
Weihan was arrested once in 2007 and then again in 2008 for "illegal business operation".
