As many of you know, we have been following very closely the situation with Gao for the last few weeks. And I have to tell you all that I am personally thankful to all of you who have signed the petition already, and who have forwarded the information on to other Twitterers and friends of yours on Facebook, and in your email accounts. This is a particularly sad story, and yet, sadly not that uncommon in some areas of the world.

Then please go to FREE GAO and sign the petition and send some emails on his behalf, because you see that family in the picture above - that's Gao's family, and all of them are suffering.

As of the time of writing this blog entry, we have 49,698 people who have signed the petition and 169,858 who have agreed to send emails. I praise God for the work of the Body of Christ because when ONE suffers, we ALL suffer.
