This is an example of the godless nature of our own government. Mr Bush will continue to treat these enemies of CRIST as allies. If you ally with satin you will be no better.
I thought America liberated Afghanistan to free it from the relgious bigotry of the Taliban? If this is the situation that when somebody becomes a child of GOD through faith in JESUS they face death not from terrorists but from the governmental legal system, then its time to question whether America's leadership understands
what this war on terror is all about.
Also remember the warning our Lord gave us in John 16:2-3.
"...yes, the time is coming when whosoever kills you will think that he does GOD a service.
And these things they will do to you because they have not known the FATHER or ME."
The war is not against "flesh and blood". Let us not forget that. This is a spiritual battle more than anything else. We cannot blame everything on Bush, and we need all the "allies" we can get, even if we differ on some key points.
The key is......PRAY for this dear brother.
We need to concentrate on him...and praying......until we hear how God answers us.
